Travel Protection plans are available and recommended to help protect you and your trip investment. Travel Protection Policies offered by most major travel insurance providers include benefits such as Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption, Emergency Medical and Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation, Trip Delay, Baggage Delay and more.

Royal Egypt Travel requires evidence of an acceptable travel protection plan within 14 days of the initial trip deposit. If a traveler does not wish to purchase a plan, a written waiver of protection is required. Please certify your waiver below if you choose not to purchase a plan.
I, the above-mentioned traveler, hereby voluntarily decline the offer to purchase a travel protection plan as recommended by Royal Egypt Travel LLC. I understand that by declining to purchase a travel protection plan, I am solely responsibility for any and all expenses incurred as a result of a trip cancellation, trip interruption, emergency medical and emergency evacuation/repatriation, trip delay, baggage delay and more. By signing this form, I confirm that I do not expect Royal Egypt Travel LLC to assist me in any way if my trip is cancelled or delayed for any covered reason. I also agree to release, indemnify and hold Royal Egypt Travel LLC (including RET’s officers, members and representatives) harmless from any and all costs and expenses (including penalties), claims and liability of any kind related in any way to the trip identified.
