Royal Egypt Travel requires additional information from each traveler to finalize a tour reservation. Please use forms below to submit all required information.

Travelers with outstanding tour balances can make either a full or partial payment online at any time. You can make as many partial payments as you wish. Please allow 48-72 hours for payments to be credited to the outstanding balance for the tour. You will receive an email with an invoice that details the payment made and the remaining balance, if any.
Payments can be made by credit/debit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover or AMEX) or by withdrawal from a US bank account through PayPal account. All payments are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.
Royal Egypt Travel accepts payments towards outstanding tour balances. If your specific tour has been setup with an automatic payment schedule, a fully executed credit/debit card authorization is required in order to process your payments. Please submit online authorizations here.
Each traveler must submit passport information to Royal Egypt Travel no later than the tour's Final Payment Due Date.
It is your responsibility to apply for a passport in a timely manner and to verify that the passport is valid for 6 months from the date of arrival in Egypt. The passport information is held completely confidential and is only shared with local authorities when required. Travelers can submit required passport information using this form.
Each traveler must submit confidential information to Royal Egypt Travel no later than the tour's Final Payment Due Date.
The confidential dietary, medical, emergency contact and roommate information from this form is only shared with your Travel Director and relevant 3rd party providers.
Each traveler must submit international flight information to Royal Egypt Travel no later than the tour's Final Payment Due Date.
Since tours by Royal Egypt Travel do not include international flights, we will need to know this information so that we know when to expect you. This will allow us to arrange your airport transportation for arrival to and departure from Egypt. If travel arrangements change, it is your responsibility to update the information by re-submitting this form.
Royal Egypt Travel always welcomes you to Egypt, however we understand situations occur that may require the cancellation of a tour reservation. In order to process a cancellation request, please submit request here.
While Royal Egypt Travel tours do not include coverage for travel insurance, travel protection plans are available and recommended to help protect you and your trip investment.
