THE RATE WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:

• Based on 10 Travelers (in double/shared occupancy): $1,000 per person
• Contract Price: $1,000 per person x 10 Travelers = $10,000 total invoiced amount

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

• Bank Wire Transfer is required for all payments.
• If payments are made by credit card, a service fee of 3% will be added to the total amount due.
• Deposit: 10% of total contract price is required to initiate the tour services. This amount is non-refundable.
• Final payment is due within 60 days of the start date of the tour. No exceptions.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• All payments (except for the 10% non-refundable deposit) are refundable up to 30 days before the start of the tour date. Within 30 days, all payments are 100% non-refundable.
