• Day 3: Fly Cairo to Luxor; Embark on Nile Cruise - Karnak and Luxor Temples (B, L, D)

• Day 4: Hot Air Balloon Ride (optional); Valley of the Kings & Queens, Begin Nile Sail (B, L, D)

• Day 5: Sail Edfu to Kom Ombo; Temple of Edfu and Temple of Kom Ombo (B, L, D)

• Day 6: Sail Aswan; Aswan High Dam, Granite Quarries and the Temple of Philae - Felucca Sail (B, L, D)

$350 minimum deposit is due to reserve a space on tour

Payments on Outstanding Tour Balance:

If the tour is not paid in full at the time of reservation, you can make either full or partial payments towards the outstanding balance online at any time. You may make as many partial payments as you wish. Payments can be made by debit/credit card (MasterCard, VISA, Discover, AMEX) or by withdrawal from a US bank account with PayPal account.

Additions / Optional Excursions:

The additions/optional excursions can be purchased at any time (either at initial reservation or prior to the Final Payment Due Date). Please contact the Travel Director after the initial invoicing to add these items to your tour reservation.

Upon successful completion of tour reservation, each traveler is required to submit additional information to Royal Egypt Travel prior to the tour Final Payment Due Date. This information includes passport, medical, emergency contact, roommate name (if any) and international flight details. Please visit the Forms page on the Royal Egypt Travel website to submit.

Cancellation Policy:

Deposits and payments are 100% non-refundable and non-transferrable. Please review the itinerary details, dates and additional information before completing reservation to ensure tour meets your preferences.

Travel Insurance Information:

This tour does not include coverage for travel insurance. ​To minimize any loss resulting from the cancellation policy and to protect yourself during the tour, it is highly recommended that you take out a comprehensive travel insurance policy.

Reservation Details:

Please submit a separate reservation for each person (if purchasing for more than one traveler). This will require:

1. Select one (1) single or double occupancy reservation and any optional excursions then proceed to checkout.
2. Complete all reservation information and then continue to submit payment.
3. After payment has been submitted and the first reservation is complete, return to the Book Now page.
4. Find tour and complete a new reservation for the second person.
5. Repeat as needed for additional travelers.

This process is REQUIRED to ensure that each individual traveler is properly invoiced.
